Job summary

LV Aero, LLC in Calgary is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee planning, budgeting, safety, and quality KPIs, and ensure compliant aircraft maintenance services across sites. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in aviation is preferred.
• Must possess a Transport Canada ACA/AME license with endorsements.
• Minimum eight years aviation experience and two years of management experience.
• Knowledge of CARS, TC regulations and aviation maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the overall maintenance department to achieve safety, quality, and KPI targets.
• Ensures processes are efficient, documented, and consistently followed.
• Works with leadership to set annual performance objectives and metrics.
• Oversees project execution and maintains high customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Coordinates status reporting for maintenance work with stakeholders.
