Job summary

Voyageur Aviation Corp. seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Line Maintenance, based in Trenton, Ontario.

You will be responsible for dismantling, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing company aircraft, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations and safety standards. The role includes supporting international deployments, supervising maintenance tasks, and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
• Valid AME license (Category M1 and/or M2) Required.
• College diploma in Aircraft Maintenance from a Transport Canada approved institution.
• King Air and PT6 experience considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle airframes, engines, or systems for repair/overhaul.
• Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, or hydraulic systems per drawings and manuals.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft and related systems.
• Release maintenance work post audit according to policy and regs.
• Provide guidance and instruction to Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
• Maintain base inventory and ensure safety protocols.
