Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an Aviation Cybersecurity Engineering Professional to join our Montreal aerospace team on a long-term contract. You will help write cybersecurity practices and apply them on live aircraft projects across platforms, contributing to research and technology work that shapes airworthiness security.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 6+ years in engineering with 2+ years in cybersecurity and aerospace, strong English, and a collaborative, self-motivated

Qualifications

• University degree in Software, IT, CS, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years in a technical engineering field; at least 2 years in cybersecurity.
• At least 2 years in aerospace.
• Knowledge of computer networks, electronics, OS and software.
• Familiarity with aircraft system integration and civil certification.
• Knowledge of IT or Aviation Information Security Management System.
• Strong English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document cybersecurity practices for aircraft systems.
• Apply practices across platforms and on in-flight design changes.
• Support aircraft system integration and civil certification from a security standpoint.
• Contribute to research and technology work that improves airworthiness security.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into system design.
