Job summary
Bombardier is seeking an Aviation Cybersecurity Engineering Professional to contribute to the definition of aircraft and system cybersecurity requirements and to review architectures for vulnerabilities. You will collaborate with suppliers, lead investigations, and support regulatory compliance activities across multiple Bombardier divisions.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has extensive experience in cybersecurity for networks and aerospace, with knowledge of aviation
Qualifications
- University engineering degree in Software, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years in a technical engineering field, including at least 2 years in cybersecurity of networks and systems and 2 years in aerospace.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to definition of aircraft and system level cybersecurity requirements.
- Review suppliers’ system architecture and cybersecurity protection measures.
- Review aircraft cybersecurity architecture, identify vulnerabilities and evaluate risks.
- Lead cybersecurity incident investigations and collaborate with suppliers and Bombardier stakeholders.
- Prepare and/or review design compliance reports and assist with regulatory compliance.
