Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead an Airport Terminal project at IAH Airport in Houston. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

1. Senior project management services for design, construction, commissioning, ORAT, and closeout phases of complex airport facilities.
2. Knowledge of architectural, engineering, and systems elements of airport projects.
3. Ability to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders involved in planning, design, construction, testing, and turnover of airport facilities.
4. Experience in developing new buildings on existing sites or within constrained construction sites is desirable.
5. Leadership experience in delivering large infrastructure projects.
6. Management of project scope, budget, schedule, risks, and changes.
7. Contract management for assigned projects.
8. Overall management of project teams during all project phases, including oversight of phased demolition, temporary facilities, phased construction, and infrastructure development.
9. Facilitation of effective communication among stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical/business field, with 15+ years of relevant experience. Broad technical and business background required. Professional registration may be necessary. Ability to manage projects, interface with clients, and be hands-on in design is essential. Knowledge of industry standards and project management certifications are required. Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
• Salary Range: $144,800 - $260,600.
