Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving with a data-driven troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to understand business impact of systems and balance short/long-term needs.
• Strong prioritisation and workload management in changing environments.
• Willingness to be on-site in Oxford 2-3 days per week and travel as needed.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments and field deployments.

Responsibilities

• Support autonomous vehicle project delivery with field engineering for multiple customers and domains (ports, airports, industrial yards).
• Manage stakeholders internally and with customers to keep projects on track and satisfied.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Identify gaps and contribute to developing new features and improved processes. Hybrid work setup with hands-on and remote development.
