Job summary

TSMG seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead to oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across North America, coordinating Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available, and deployment‑ready.

In this role you will drive fleet utilization, monitor KPI dashboards, and collaborate with engineering, product, and fleet management teams to support testing, commercial deployment, and new city launches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet/transport operations.
• Experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across depots.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready for testing and deployment.
• Monitor fleet utilization, availability, charging schedules, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and return activities to maximize efficiency.
• Minimize vehicle downtime through effective operational planning and coordination.
• Oversee robotaxi depot activities ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate work of Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists.
• Ensure vehicles meet cleanliness, charging, inspection, and maintenance standards before deployment.
• Support depot setup and readiness for new city launches and fleet expansion.
