Job summary

Airbus Atlantique Canada Inc. in Mirabel seeks an Autonomous Production Team Leader (REAP) to drive health and safety, quality, costs, and deadlines while supporting the team.

You will lead production on the factory floor, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with an emphasis on teamwork and accountability.

Requires 2–5 years in production, a DES/ASP in structural assembly, strong leadership, and bilingual English/French abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (DES) and Vocational Specialization Attestation (ASP) in Structural Assembly or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of production experience.
• Excellent knowledge of structural assembly and systems installation; blueprint reading.
• French-English bilingualism is an asset.
• Leadership and team motivation experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and implement corrective measures.
• Analyze workload and distribute it within the team for maximum performance.
• Act as contact point and technical authority for the team and other departments.
• Resolve technical difficulties during production operations.
• Monitor and control tasks to prevent defects and non-conformities.
• Support team members daily with problem solving, technical support, and motivation.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
