Job summary

Belron Canada is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, and receiving in a hands-on role. Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in distribution management.
• Degree or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Planning and agility to handle unexpected changes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety in warehouse and delivery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Lead a high-performing team and foster accountability.
• Recruitment and training of new hires.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and training sessions.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize layout and processes.
• Assign work schedules and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Analyze operational costs and KPIs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Present regular KPI reports related to warehouse operations.
• Establish professional relationships with clients, suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.
