Position Overview:

As a Head Detailer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing customer service washes on vehicles post-service, ensuring they are ready for customer pick-up.
• Preparing inventory vehicles for display on our lot.
• Ensuring all sold and lot vehicles are properly detailed.
• Organizing and ensuring vehicles are parked in their assigned locations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized wash bay.
• Complying with company policies and procedures to uphold customer and company confidence.
• Fostering a positive working relationship with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail all sold and lot vehicles with care and precision.
• Keep the wash bay organized and tidy.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Valid G2 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
