Automotive Tire Technician (Callingwood)

Join us at Fountain Tire as an Automotive Tire Technician in Callingwood, Edmonton. We are seeking a responsible, safe, and dedicated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels
  • Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintaining tire service equipment regularly
  • Performing specialty tire work such as studding, retreading, run-flat, nitrogen inflation
  • Managing inventory through documentation and annual counts
  • Ensuring safety for yourself and coworkers
Qualifications:
  • Previous tire/automotive experience is an asset, but motivated individuals with a positive attitude will be trained
  • Knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services, and wheels is beneficial
  • Customer service skills and ability to build relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift 25 kg consistently
