Automotive Technician – Vehicle Tracking System Installation

Our Technicians enjoy the variety of working both physically on windshield repair and with the public by providing outstanding customer service while being the glue that makes things run seamlessly. We’re always watching out for your vehicle — which is exactly why we’re an officially licensed installer of TAG vehicle tracking systems. Using multiple wireless transmitters installed throughout your vehicle, TAG offers a hybrid system of theft prevention, tracking and recovery, and electronic identification. You will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate to solve problems. You find it satisfying to get the job done right and make sure the customer has what they need. • Install TAG systems on vehicles at the customer’s location;
• Play a key role in the customer experience by repairing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
• Complete the administration required to make the Service Centre run seamlessly;
• Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost the store’s performance;
• Always display a high level of professionalism;
• Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can;
• Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.

What you’ll need
