What drives your day-to-day?

  • Completing Audi Academy certification paths
  • Performing vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and OEM standards
  • Communicating effectively with Parts and Service Advisors to manage repairs, cycle times, and customer updates
  • Conducting multi-point inspections and providing repair recommendations with pictures and videos, ensuring vehicle safety and reliability prior to customer return
  • Documenting all work on repair orders clearly and accurately, ensuring warranty payments are processed correctly
  • Maintaining a personal inventory of common tools not supplied by the dealership
  • Staying updated with factory technical bulletins and participating in training sessions
  • Providing exceptional repair experiences to foster customer loyalty and increase department revenue

What are the must-haves?

  • Licensed 310S Journeyman Technician Certificate
  • Red Seal Certification
  • BEV training (a significant advantage)
  • Completed post-secondary training or courses related to automotive repair
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High integrity and work ethic
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
