Job description

Automotive Technician (Light, Med, Heavy Duty, Apprentices)

Salary $25-$55/hr

Terms Permanent F/T

Start Date Immediately

Requirements Red Seal certification in Automotive Service Technician.
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with expertise in light equipment repair.
Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in reading schematics and technical manuals.
Experience with heavy equipment and familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is an asset.
Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties Perform maintenance and repairs on light equipment, including trucks and Kubota equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, determining the best repair methods.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment components as required.
Operate equipment for testing and diagnostics.
Use hand tools and specialized equipment for repair tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
