Responsibilities include:

  • Vehicle maintenance & repair: Inspect, diagnose, and maintain vehicles through tasks such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and filter replacements.
  • Work independently with limited supervision
  • Mentor apprentices and direct assistants as assigned
  • Provide detailed written documentation upon completion of repairs and inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with facility upkeep as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Journeyman's Certificate
  • Out of Province Inspection Certification (preferred but not required), or ability to obtain it
  • Class 5 driver’s license
