Job summary

MIDAS is seeking an automotive technician in Ontario to deliver diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in a full-service shop. The role supports independent work and collaboration with peers to ensure high-quality service for imported and domestic vehicles, using modern diagnostic tools.

You will handle a range of tasks from steering and suspension to heating/cooling, brakes, and exhaust systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Wage is $18.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair vehicles independently and in a team environment.
• Proven record of high personal productivity.
• Adherence to safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
• Experience using shop equipment: lifts, tire changers, alignment machines, and diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner preferred).
• Able to service both import and domestic vehicles.
