Job summary

Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore is seeking a motivated Level 4 Apprentice Technician to join the Service Team. You will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in diagnostics, inspections, and repairs while developing your technical knowledge on Subaru vehicles.

The role offers an opportunity to progress toward becoming a Red Seal Automotive Technician within a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles following manufacturer procedures.
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles while following manufacturer repair procedures and dealership standards.
• Complete maintenance services, inspections, and repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify mechanical and electrical concerns and communicate solutions clearly with the Service team.
• Work with Service Advisors to provide repair updates, timelines and recommendations.
• Perform road tests and pre-delivery inspections to ensure customer-ready vehicles.
