Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical services such as brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices, sharing expertise in a supportive environment.
• Work on various vehicles, from passenger cars to light trucks.
• Assist in identifying mechanical opportunities with the Sales team.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Success Factors:

• Certified as an Automotive Service Technician Journeyperson/Journeyman (Red Seal) or Licensed Mechanic.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of experience in brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment.
• Skilled in inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, and repairs.
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach.
• Motivated, positive attitude, and team-oriented.
• Safety-conscious, following PPE and work protocols.
