A leading talent transformation provider seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver training on automotive technologies to dealership personnel. Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for providing technical training to Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT and Alfa Romeo dealership personnel in the application of automotive technologies and process. This includes theoretical and hands-on diagnostic, maintenance and repair procedures and the individual will leverage a wide range of blended learning options to deliver the training content. The role will also have access to company training vehicles to become well-versed on products.
The training center position is in Montreal Quebec , and this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, accurate student scheduling and maintenance of classes through the Learning Management System [LMS (Cornerstone in 2024. The candidate must be eligible to travel throughout Canada, collaborating with other area training managers, and must have a valid passport to also travel to the United States for T3 (Train the Trainer) training.
