Job summary

Country Hills Hyundai in Calgary, Alberta is hiring a Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers and deliver a friendly, professional experience. You will support the service department with light duties and ensure the shuttle runs on time while maintaining safety and vehicle readiness.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license with a clean record, strong customer service, and the ability to operate in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Customer service or driving experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely in varying weather and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, well‑organized shuttle vehicle and perform daily checks.
  • Coordinate shuttle routes with service advisors to manage timing and needs.
  • Communicate delays or issues with the service team promptly.
  • Support light duties in the service department as required.
  • Follow dealership, OEM, and safety protocols while operating shuttle vehicles.
  • All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Position Summary

The Shuttle Driveris responsible forsafely transporting customers to and from the dealership while deliveringa friendlyand professional experience. Working within the OEMdealership’sservice department, this role supports customer satisfaction by ensuringtimely, efficient shuttle service andassistingwith light service department tasks when needed. The ideal candidate is courteous, dependable, and committed to safety.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership using the designated shuttle vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor.
  • Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle when required.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized shuttle vehicle and ensure it is fueled and inspected daily.
  • Coordinate shuttle routes with service advisors to manage timing and customer needs efficiently.
  • Communicate any delays, concerns, or issues with the shuttle to the service team promptly.
  • Support the service department with light duties such as vehicle pickup/drop off, delivering parts, or assisting with dealership errands.
  • Follow alldealership, OEM, and safety protocols while operating shuttle and dealership vehicles.
  • All other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or driving roles is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely in varying traffic and weather conditions.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with dealership standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
