Job summary

Fountain Tire Virden is seeking an Automotive Service Apprentice (1st–4th year) to join our busy shop. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, learn from experienced technicians, and contribute to safe, high-quality service for our customers.

Qualifications

• 1st–4th year Automotive Service Apprentice or Licensed Mechanic
• Comfortable with diagnostics and repair
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop
• Valid driver's license

• Perform diagnostic and repair work on vehicles as assigned
• Assist senior technicians and learn shop procedures
• Provide quality customer service and safety compliance
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment

What kind of person are we looking for?

• A 1st or 4th year registered Automotive Service Apprentice or a Licensed Mechanic also considered.
• We are looking for a well-rounded Apprentice, comfortable with all aspects of diagnostics and repair.
• A self-motivated technician who thrives in a busy shop environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
