Responsibilities:

• Interact with Service Advisors to obtain work orders and customer service specific requirements
• Work closely with licensed Automotive Service Technician for guidance and mentorship
• Inspect motor in operation, road test vehicle, and test automotive systems using diagnostic tools to diagnose issues
• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
• Test and adjust systems to manufacturer’s specifications
• Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups
• Inspect and test mechanical components to locate faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions and confirm findings with licensed Automotive Service Technician
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools
• Work independently and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum completion of 2nd year 310S apprenticeship
• Experience in automotive repairs and service
• Experience with tires (installation and repairs)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Strong communication skills
