Job summary

A well-known automotive dealership in Toronto is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance, repairs and diagnose issues. The ideal candidate will have a valid Automotive Service Technician (310S) Certification and 3-5 years of experience in a licensed technician position. Experience with Volkswagen or German brands is a plus. This role offers professional growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience working in a licensed technician position.
• Experience with the Volkswagen brand or German brands would be considered an asset.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class G) with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned.
• Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

What We Look For :

Valid Automotive Service Technician (310S) Certification.

3-5 years experience working in a licensed technician position.

Strong aptitude of technical / mechanical repairs.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid Driver’s License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
