    11. Estimate parts and labour costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
    12. Perform scheduled maintenance services
    13. Test and adjust units to specifications
    14. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
    15. Complete reports to record problems and work performed
    16. Coach and instruct apprentices
    17. Provide customer service
