Qualifications

Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes.
Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
Ability to provide your own tools and work with modern tech.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to manufacturer standards.
Perform advanced diagnostics including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical issues.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
Use Ford diagnostic tools and service information to guide repairs.
Inspect vehicles and advise on maintenance or repairs as needed.
Assist Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations.
Prepare, disassemble, and reassemble vehicles as required.
Maintain accurate repair records and inspection notes.
Support apprentices or junior technicians when needed.
Deliver quality workmanship and ensure a great customer experience.
