Country Ford Wilkie, part of the FFUN Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician for a permanent full-time role in Wilkie, SK. The position offers a relocation package up to $5,000 and a tools allowance to help you start.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes.
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to provide your own tools and work with modern tech.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced diagnostics including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical issues.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Use Ford diagnostic tools and service information to guide repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and advise on maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations.
• Prepare, disassemble, and reassemble vehicles as required.
• Maintain accurate repair records and inspection notes.
• Support apprentices or junior technicians when needed.
• Deliver quality workmanship and ensure a great customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Performing advanced diagnostics, including electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, diesel, and mechanical concerns
• Completing warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
• Using Ford diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and service information
• Inspecting vehicles and recommending required maintenance or repairs
• Assisting Service Advisors with repair estimates and technical recommendations
• Prepping, disassembling, and reassembling vehicles as required
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and inspection notes
• Supporting apprentices or junior technicians when needed
• Delivering quality workmanship and helping create a great customer experience

A Great Attitude Will Get You 90% There. For the Rest, We’re Looking For:

• Journeyperson Automotive Service Technician certification preferred
• Strong Ford product knowledge and diagnostic experience
• Experience with Ford warranty repairs and manufacturer processes
• Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to provide your own tools
• Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence
• Dedication to customer service and doing the job right
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
• Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License required upon employment
