As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.

Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.

Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.

Provide accurate cost and time estimates for the recommended services, communicate with customers, and obtain proper authorization.

Check on the progress of services throughout the day and contact customers to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in cost estimates, promised delivery times, or recommended services.

Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before and conduct post-repair follow-up.

Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure services and repairs are performed correctly and communicate results with the customer.

Meet legal requirements for automobile repair and consumer protection.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Job Requirements: Two or more years of experience as a service advisor.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a good driving record.

Great attitude with a high-energy personality.

Professional appearance and work ethic.

Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written form.
