Role Description

This is a full-time Automotive Sales Specialist role located on-site in Ottawa, ON. The Automotive Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer relationships, managing inventory, conducting test drives, negotiating deals, and completing sales documentation. The goal is to help customers find the perfect vehicle while delivering excellent service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa, ON
• Valid Canadian Driver's License with a clean record.
• OMVIC - Certification or willingness to obtain within the training period.
