Automotive Sales Consultant Opportunity at Company of Cars Kelowna

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences? Company of Cars, a family-owned dealership with a legacy in luxury used car sales since 2008, is looking for a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage and Assist Customers: Welcome customers warmly and guide them through an enjoyable car-buying journey.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Nurture new and existing customer connections by following up on all leads, staying in touch, and offering support beyond the sale.
  3. Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Work towards individual and dealership sales targets, promoting our exceptional vehicle offerings.
  4. Promote New Business: Expand our customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  5. Showcase Product Knowledge: Continuously improve your knowledge of our used luxury vehicles, actively participating in training.
  6. Coordinate Deliveries: Ensure that customers’ vehicles are prepared and delivered to their satisfaction, explaining all features and warranty details.
Personal Qualifications:
  1. Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You have a passion for delivering memorable experiences and helping customers make informed decisions.
  2. Negotiation & Communication Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and sound judgment.
  3. Driven and Goal-Oriented: Motivated to achieve and surpass dealership goals with a proactive approach.
  4. Automotive Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
  5. Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and maintaining records.
  6. Valid Licensing: A valid VSA license, BC Driver’s License, and clean driver’s abstract are required.
