Job Summary

As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Maple Nissan, you will be the face of our dealership, helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. You’ll guide clients through the vehicle selection and buying process, build lasting relationships, and exceed sales targets while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain accurate records using the dealership CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellence.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems (DMS / CRM) is an asset.
