Automotive Sales Consultant

Who are we?

Greavette Chevrolet Buick Cadillac GMC Ltd. is a dealership in Bracebridge offering new and pre-owned vehicles, parts, financing, and expert repairs. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service for all sales and service customers.

The Role :

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, with a passion for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits
• Negotiate sales and close deals professionally and transparently
• Handle inquiries via online, phone, and in-person interactions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Maintain product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and incentive programs
• Provide an exceptional, personalized customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Position Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven sales and customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus)
• Ability to explain vehicle features and financing options
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Team-oriented with good collaboration skills
• Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software
• Valid Driver’s License
• OMVIC License or willingness to obtain

Job Type :

Shift and Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational Saturdays

Compensation :

• $60,000 - $100,000 per year
• Commission-based pay
• Compensation depends on experience, knowledge, and commissions earned
