We are looking to increase our Sales Team at Bob Bell Chevrolet in Baltimore!

Do you have previous Sales or Customer Service experience?
How about a self-starter mentality?
We are currently seeking Sales Associates to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  2. Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
  3. Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  4. Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  5. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
  6. Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  7. Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
  1. Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  2. Previous Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
  3. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s.
  4. Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
  5. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
