No prior automotive experience is required! Related Fields: real estate, high-end retail, airline, hotel, restaurant, mortgage lending, hospitality.

The Sales Consultant is the driving force behind a dealership's sales success. You'll build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present vehicles that match their lifestyle and budget. Your charisma, product knowledge, and negotiation skills will be key to closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Greet and qualify potential customers, establish rapport, identify needs and preferences, conduct needs assessments, showcase vehicles, answer questions, offer test drives, negotiate prices and financing, secure customer commitment, and follow up post-sale.
  • Sales & Inventory Management: Maintain understanding of inventory, market trends, develop sales strategies, utilize CRM system.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Participate in marketing, prepare vehicles for sale, maintain professionalism, adhere to policies, perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High Hospitality Quotient (kindness, optimism, curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, integrity).
  • Minimum one year of automotive sales or comparable experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automotive industry, quick learner of vehicle features.
