We’re looking for a Red Seal/Apprentice Technician ready to shift their career into high gear!

• Earnings: Flat Rate compensation structure of $18.45 to $37 per hour, tailored to your experience, certification, and efficiency.
• Guarantee: To support stability, a biweekly minimum income is guaranteed, aligned with 64 flat-rate hours.

Program details:

Earn extra $$$ for work you are already doing! For each hour you produce, $$$ is put into your Personal Incentive Bank that accumulates over multiple years with automatic annual payments.

Embark on a rewarding journey towards becoming a Red Seal Technician with Steele Auto Group’s Road to Red Seal Program. We support our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades with Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan during their apprenticeship blocks!

• Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
• Red Seal: Certification Bonus

Salary Top-Up Plan:

• Support to ease financial burdens during apprenticeship blocks
