Job description

Position Overview:

MNVNA is seeking individuals who will aid in the daily activities associated with our Automotive Paint Shop. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for candidates who have previous auto body prep, sanding and masking experience that are also race car enthusiasts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Follow all established safety procedures
  2. Maintain shop tools and equipment
  3. Prepping automotive body panels for paint process by sanding and masking areas where required
  4. Mask, cap & plug appropriate areas as required – accuracy is critical
  5. Inspect components during processing stages and overall appearance of finished product
  6. Adhering to Multimatic’s quality-focused attitude and work culture
  7. Training is provided as required.

Education and Experience:

  1. Experience in auto body finishing and repair is an asset
  2. Experience in manufacturing environments is an asset
  3. Must be organized and adhere to deadlines
  4. Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
  5. Comfortable using hand tools such as sanders
  6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  7. Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and providing/receiving constructive feedback
