Lordco Auto Parts in Campbell River, BC is seeking an Automotive Parts Representative to join our full-time team. You will provide top-notch customer service, recommend aftermarket parts, and collaborate with staff to source, order and deliver the right solutions for customers.

Bring your automotive knowledge and a proactive attitude to a fast-paced store. You will grow your parts expertise while supporting a team-focused environment with strong safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts counterperson or automotive experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, functions and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

• Provide exceptional customer service experience.
• Provide aftermarket auto part & accessory recommendations using your automotive knowledge.

• Strong knowledge and/or sales skills regarding automotive parts, including function and applications


• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone


• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills


• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs

Starting wage is $19.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience.
