Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Campbell River, BC is seeking an Automotive Parts Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, recommend aftermarket parts, and help source solutions for our customers.

This full-time role suits people who love cars and fast-paced retail, with opportunities to grow automotive knowledge and advance within Lordco.

Starting wage is $19.00 - $25.00/hour, based on experience, with extended benefits and employee development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts counterperson or automotive exposure is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, functions, and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience.
• Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using automotive knowledge.
• Collaborate with staff at store, region, and organization levels to source and deliver solutions.
• Grow automotive knowledge through daily tasks and learning opportunities.
• Perform a variety of store tasks to support team success.

• Provide exceptional customer service experience


• Provide aftermarket auto part & accessory recommendations using your automotive knowledge


• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels in order to source, order and deliver the right solutions for our customers

• Experience as a parts counterperson or any automotive experiences are considered assets


• Strong knowledge and/or sales skills regarding automotive parts, including function and applications


• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone


• Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills


• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
