Job summary

Lordco Auto Parts in Calgary, AB is hiring for an Automotive Parts Representative to join our full-time, entry-level team. You’ll help customers with automotive parts and accessories, share knowledge, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ongoing learning about automotive products. Starting wage is $18.00–$23.00+ per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities available at our Alberta locations.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and positive in person and over the phone
• Basic automotive knowledge is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience
• Provide aftermarket auto parts and accessory recommendations using your automotive knowledge
• Collaborate with store staff at multiple levels to source, order and deliver solutions for customers
• Grow automotive knowledge and stay up to date with products
• Assist with a variety of store tasks to support the team

What you’ll do:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience
• Provide aftermarket auto part & accessory recommendations using your automotive knowledge
• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels in order to source, order and deliver the right solutions for our customers
• Seize every opportunity to grow your automotive knowledge
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team’s success

• 0-2+ years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary automotive program
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone
• Basic automotive knowledge is considered an asset
• Strong-willed individual ready to learn and advance their automotive knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
