The Role

PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our APS division. The Automotive Installation and Data Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the internal aspects of setting up new dealership customers and the development of service maintenance schedules relating to vehicle specific services and parts. They will also help maintain and ensure the accuracy of the existing vehicle service data that is supplied to customers while working with our team to research data on new OEM’s (Original equipment manufacturer) and help create the database our customers rely on.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between departments (Accounting, Informatics, Distance Training, and Account Management) to ensure smooth installation of APS products and continued support for our Dealership customers
  • Utilize online tools to research vehicle maintenance schedules based on make/model information relating to repairs and parts
  • Create new databases of schedules based on data analysis for use in recommended maintenance quoting tools
  • Update existing databases with any changes due to new models or parts applications
  • Work with existing data development teams to maintain accurate data based on customer feedback
  • Work with the deployment team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience

Qualifications

  • College/University Diploma and or equivalent automotive experience is required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office products (Teams, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and adaptability
  • Two years of automotive service/parts experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of automotive repairs quoting with labour and parts
  • Experience with electronic parts catalogues would be beneficial
  • Experience working in a CRM (GuideCX or Cornerstone preferred)
  • PBS V10 software experience would be an asset
  • High level communication skills and attention to detail
