Belron Canada is seeking an Automotive Glass Technician to join our technicians at our client sites in Montreal and surrounding areas. You will replace or repair vehicle glass using industry-leading tools and perform ADAS front camera recalibrations in a safety-focused environment.

You will adhere to Belron International standards, maintain equipment, and provide excellent customer service while seeking opportunities to grow the business and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Be eager and motivated to learn.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed.
• Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license).
• Be able to drive company vehicle to complete tasks at client sites.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Direct experience in automotive glass repair and replacement is an asset.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Results oriented team player with ability to multi task.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
• Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera;
• Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.
• Adhere to and enforce Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.
• Ensure proper tool maintenance.
• Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.
• Ensure that you work within company productivity targets.
• Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out.
• Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop our business opportunities.
• Always display a high level of professionalism;
• Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can;
• Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.
