Job summary

Belron Canada is seeking an Automotive Glass Technician to join a state-of-the-art environment, working with sophisticated equipment alongside the finest experts in the field.

You will replace and repair windshields, calibrate ADAS systems, and uphold the highest workmanship standards while following Belron International procedures. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and growth opportunities within a expanding organization.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace windshields with care using industry-leading tools.
• Perform recalibrations of the ADAS front camera.

• Maintain tools and workspaces; ensure productivity targets are met.

Your mandate will be to exceed our customers’ expectations by providing the highest quality of service and standards of workmanship when replacing, repairing or fitting vehicle glass and providing other company services and products.

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• You will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools;
• Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera;
• Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass® technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, and ensure that the company’s quality and other procedures are complied with.
• Adhere to and enforce Belron® International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.
• Ensure proper tool maintenance.
• Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.
• Ensure that you work within company productivity targets.
• Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with our internal procedures, including promptly providing customer feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process being carried out.
• Seek and identify all opportunities to increase sales (add on products) and further develop our business opportunities.
• Always display a high level of professionalism;
• Exercise strong attention to detail in order to add value wherever you can;
• Foster genuine relationships with your customers and fellow team members.
