Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to new levels of success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership operations, sales, service, and finance, with a passion for customer satisfaction and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all dealership departments, including Sales, Finance, Fixed Operations (Service & Parts), and Customer Relations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  3. Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.
  4. Recruit, train, and motivate department managers and staff to foster a high-performing team.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies.
  7. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
  8. Drive marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
  9. Create a positive work environment that encourages growth, accountability, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of proven experience in a dealership management role (General Manager, General Sales Manager, or equivalent).
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, including finance, sales, and fixed operations.
  4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
  5. Ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
  6. Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
  7. Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) and CRM systems.
