The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building a sales team, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong automotive industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing sales budgets and projections
• Tracking and analyzing sales data
• Handling customer complaints
• Driving performance through data-informed decisions
• Developing client relationships
• Identifying new sales opportunities
• Meeting sales targets for finance, insurance, and customer service
• Assessing financing needs of customers
• Maintaining high ethical standards and customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or finance management
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, delegation, and management skills
