Colonial Honda in Halifax is seeking an Automotive Detailer to deliver showroom-quality finishes and ensure every vehicle looks its best. You will prepare vehicles for delivery, maintain a tidy lot, and apply top-tier interior and exterior protection.

Role emphasizes attention to detail, independence, and teamwork to support sales and service teams in creating an exceptional ownership experience. Compensation includes hourly pay and benefits through Steele Auto Group network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing is asset.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protection of vehicle exteriors
• Restore and detail vehicle interiors, including leather, upholstery, carpets, trim, and glass
• Apply premium interior and exterior protection products
• Buff and polish vehicles to achieve exceptional presentation standards
• Prepare new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles for delivery
• Inspect vehicles and report cosmetic issues to management
• Safely organize and park vehicles in dealership and delivery areas
• Support sales and service teams in delivering an exceptional ownership experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment

From preparing vehicles for delivery and maintaining a clean, organized lot to applying the final touches before handover, you'll play an important role in creating a memorable customer experience. Your attention to detail helps ensure every vehicle reflects the quality, professionalism, and care that Colonial Hondais known for. Because a spotless finish is about more than appearance, it's about giving every customer confidence and excitement from the moment they see their vehicle to the moment they drive away.

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $18.15 – $20.00

What You'll Do

• Perform meticulous cleaning, polishing, waxing, and protection of vehicle exteriors

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
