Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience using CAD design software (Catia V5, Siemens NX 11).
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is considered an asset.
• Post-secondary education in mechanical/design engineering relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Design Engineer with design tasks.
• Create 3D models and basic 2D drawings for OEM study data.
• Communicate with OEM designers to confirm designs and solve issues.
• Train junior team members in design software (Catia, NX).
• Maintain documentation such as drawings and BOMs for projects.
• Lead or participate in DFMEA creation and actions.
