• Understand Parts Catalogue and Automotive Enthusiast: Familiarity with parts catalogues and automotive components is highly advantageous.
• Problem Solving Expertise: Gather information from various groups to find solutions efficiently.
• Solution-Orientated Approach: Investigate issues and integrate findings effectively.
• Research Skills: Conduct thorough investigations to resolve issues.
• Analytical Thinking: Analyze problems and outline steps for resolution.
• Communication Skills: Deliver messages with empathy, patience, and clarity.
• Order Management: Assist with orders, check part availability, and support other departments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma
• Experience with Automotive industry is a plus
• Experience in inventory management or related fields
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal forms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
