Ideal Requirements :

• A minimum of 5 years of estimating experience is preferred
• Collision experience is an asset
• Experience using estimating software such as Mitchell or Audatex is an asset
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, providing service that is fast, easy, caring, right, and clear
• The ability to make decisions using sound judgment
• A team player with a positive attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license is required
