The BDC (Business Development Center) Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of the BDC team within the call centre, which manages inbound and outbound calls, schedules appointments, and generates sales leads. This role focuses on driving lead generation efforts, training staff, and overseeing daily operations to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the BDC Manager analyzes performance data, develops strategic plans, and implements processes aimed at improving overall efficiency and results.

Wage : Up to $100,000 per year. Salary + Bonus Structure.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Design and implement effective lead generation tactics, leveraging digital marketing tools to maximize prospect engagement.
  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, and book appointments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the BDC and other internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extramile
  • Set and monitor clear targets for inbound and outbound communications, including conversion goals and follow-up metrics.
  • Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensibleway
  • Set goals and quotas for inbound and outbound calling and conversions
  • Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve
  • Train new BDC representatives

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Outbound and / or Inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Track record of accomplishing targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage timeeffectively
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High energy & motivated
  • Management and leadership skills
