The 401 Group of Companies seeks a BDC Manager to lead the call center team, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. The BDC (Business Development Center) Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of the BDC team within the call centre, which manages inbound and outbound calls, schedules appointments, and generates sales leads. This role focuses on driving lead generation efforts, training staff, and overseeing daily operations to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the BDC Manager analyzes performance data, develops strategic plans, and implements processes aimed at improving overall efficiency and results.
Wage : Up to $100,000 per year. Salary + Bonus Structure.
