WORK YOU’LL DO

We seek a highly skilled Testing Lead with a strong background in Digital and Automation testing. The candidate will lead quality engineering efforts, ensuring high standards of quality and performance in our software products. This role requires expertise in quality engineering strategies, automation testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage testing efforts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to improve project outcomes.
• Manage testing activities including estimation, planning, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
• Implement automation solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development, product management, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct quality assessments and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with trends in automation testing and quality engineering.
• This role requires being in the office 2-3 days a week.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Testing Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in Testing Strategy Implementation.
• Experience with testing tools / frameworks and automation solutions.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Adobe Experience Cloud Platform is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; English is essential for stakeholder interactions across North America and globally.
