We are currently recruiting for an Automation Specialist for our Combustion Management and Industry Applications CoE Project team, based out of Calgary. Reporting to the Manager, Combustion Management and CoE Operations, the successful candidate will be a key member of our S3 project team, participating in the entire life cycle of projects, from initial system audit, new control system design (hardware, software, control narrative, cause & effect / shutdown keys, etc.), configuration/programming, FAT/i-FAT, and site commissioning and start-up (C&SU).
This role presents the opportunity to work with a leading supplier of Industrial Combustion Systems in Western Canada, working with all sectors of large industry. Our packages include: BMSs, Combustion Controls (CCS), Fuel Trains, Custom Burner Applications, High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems (HIPPS), Hydrogen blending solutions, etc. Our combustion solutions cover Steam Generation (OSTG/HRSG), Process Heaters, Low and High Temperature Drying Applications, Incinerators, Reboilers and Industrial Furnaces.
